Updated Plugin version to 2.0.0 and Grails version 3.0.0 #1

Jeff, Please update the Mail plugin to version 2.0.0 and Grails version 3.0.0

Rob,

Thanks for the pull request. We can update the plugin to use Grails 3.0.0 but this pull request also revs the plugin version to 2.0.0, which we aren't ready to do yet. An RC will be released soon. @davydotcom is working on some tests today.

I applied just the part that revs Grails to 3.0.0. See https://github.com/grails3-plugins/mail/commit/88100fb2a249924c476aadffcfa53dab845118f2. Thanks Rob!
