plugin links no longer expanded #19

Maybe this was intentional? The page metadata was removed so plugins are no longer expanded in twitter, slack, etc...

Used to be here https://github.com/grails/grails3-plugins/blob/b48d568773c5f0cb33f5b08d27a4e5e6f316e461/grails-app/views/plugin/index.gsp#L16

This isn't working. All plugins show the "Grails 3 Plugin Portal" link.
