Updated to Grails 5 (5.2.5). #38

Added backup and restore feature for current plugins if there is a problem fetching. Added comment and deprecated messages to the plugin list that are fetched from the metadata. Refactored to use Micronaut beans and services and tried to make it easier to follow the application logic.
