Add Channel Switching Option to Link Encoder Page #76

At the moment it is assumed that Port 10001 should be encoded with command codes specific to Channel 1 and Port 10002 should be encoded with command codes specific to Channel 2. This should ideally be something that users are allowed to change and specify.

The 3 options could be: Automatic | CC1 | CC3 (Automatic = use the port number)
