WOW is not defined in Wordpress #56

Hello friends,

I have been trying to use WOWjs in a Wordpress Theme but trying different ways (putting it in a script in the body, in the header, in a separate js file, putting it in the footer) EVERYTHING has been unsuccessful. set both before closing tag and check if the path is right
