Debugging fails... #44

What steps will reproduce the problem?

- Start the debugging via "begin"-button. You will see "initializing..."
- Nothing else happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

- hmm, the results of the executed R-code...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Debian, v4.0.0.beta3

What OS is your instance of Concerto installed on ?

Yes, I exactly followed the installation guide. I can replicate the problem on 
Debian Squeeze and Ubuntu 10.04 LTS.

Just posted comment on the debugging wiki page. I'm having exactly the same 
issue on Debian (6.0.5). All other functionality seems fine. Installation steps 
exactly as per  set of commands previously sent to Przemyslaw, so should be 
reproducible. Thanks.

Please double check if you followed every step of the installation guide. 
Similar behavior can be caused by not adding:

www-data ALL=(%concerto) NOPASSWD: /bin/kill

line to your visudo (replacing "www-data" and "concerto" with proper values). 
I strongly recommend to restart your apache after adding that line if it is not 
already added.
Please check the guide for more info and leave a message if that fixed your 
problem.
