This PR contains 3 major updates

• Creating a skeleton for storage.py based on the previous version but with loading config information from .json export
• Creating a skeleton for realtime_database.py based on the previous version but with loading config information from .json export
• Updating test_read_config.ghx

Important areas for review:

• The important information to review includes accessing and reading of firebase_config.json and this can be found in the beginning of the storage.py or realtime_database.py
• Additional methods contained in the files are all placeholders from the previous version and are intended to be updated in the next PR and may not need detailed review at this time.

-Updates to the test_read_config.ghx include: adding config information for the newly created firebase and adding components to push to storage and real-time database (circled in red).

• Although these changes are important, all component additions are to create an example and are intended to be improved in the next PR and may not need detailed review at this time.

What type of change is this?

@gonzalocasas I believe everything should be all set for your review of the first PR that we discussed last Friday.

• All files now use open_url instead of downloading to a physical location
• All reading and writing locations are disconnected from the repo and file location and defined for custom user input
• Class implementations no longer work with the DEFAULT_CONFIG_PATH, and a path must be defined as an input.
• All assembly related data management has been moved to the assemblies.py in the AssemblyDirector Class (I still need to work on setting up this module, and I couldn't think of a great name for it.
• All class methods and functionalities match across both pyrebase and .net classes

Additionally, if you would like to check any of the .gh implementations they are all in the timbers_firebase_communication.ghx If you have any issues please let me know!
