I can get the pruned tree from our private output folder, but ideally this would just be produced when calling make data
(currently make data only prunes the jaeger tree).
Because of the sensitive nature of this file, it's not on the Github repos (at least not now). It's in an email, I believe you got it too but I'm not sure. i'll forward it to you now.
The file called at this line doesn't appear to be in the repository.
