Asap work on old main branch #59

This branch contains work on the GB INLA dual plot model effects, some tree plots RG wanted and adding in the relevant vcv code for Damian's predict unusualness.

I made them all in one branch because they all needed to be done yesterday and I thought it best to do that like this lest I interfere with the #53 kerfuffle.

Sorry that they're not better thematically grouped.

The changes aren't dramatic. I've tagged @rdinnager as a reviewer because I think he's most likely to see this out of him and Sam :)

Ah, I can merge in PR's without review. I'm going to do so. Sorry to be so annoying, I'll merge in now.
