add script and table to wrangle authors #66

@johenglisch wrote a script for us a while ago for wrangling the author list. Just to keep everything in one place I'd like to put that here.

what do you think @SimonGreenhill ?

ok, but it's probably not something that other people ever need to look at, so I'd rather leave it out unless you really have to.

I removed everything that isn't already in the paper. This table doesn't have email and deets on wether they have confirmed authorship etc, which is in the full doc. This just has names and affiliations, which is the same as would be in the paper.

Understood.

As I was going through old email conversation back and forth with Johannes this time around it seemed easier to just have it here. Also, if we do papers like this in future with lots of co-authors, it's neat if everything for this paper is in one place, even if it might seem trivial to others :)
