removing scripts that we're no longer using to make everything tidier.

@SamPassmore please look to see if I've removed anything I shouldn't have of scripts you've written.

Hi Hedvig, I would only want to ask what the plan is re: making the code reproducible since I see that you have deleted all the INLA cluster scripts. Are these not necessary if you want everything to run?

Those are the older shell scripts for running INLA in a different set-up. Personally I've found that it's not necessary to run INLA on the cluster, my own computers actually go through the models faster than the cluster does. I can make new shell scripts for cluster if you'd like that use the new INLA set up, but that would be for the benefit of other people not me right now.
