Functional richness code #81

I've taken Simon's and Damian's code that D sent to me and wrangled it a bit so that it runs from top to bottom and links in with the scripts already here.

I only ended up using the following scripts (renamed some of them, they're all in R_grambank/functional_richness now)

What I focussed on here was making what Damian wanted to do possible, I..e visualise the gower mfd in a particular way. There are a lot of other things going on in Simon's scrip that I weren't sure if we needed in the repos so I didn't touch them yet. For example, the Bromham et al cutoffs were not use in Damian's script so I didn't copy that over etc.

I've added @SimonGreenhill as author explicitly in the scripts.

As far as I know, this branch contains the minimal necessary code for the functional richness plots etc for the manuscript. There is a lot of more code that @SimonGreenhill has written that does more than that, but I understood that we weren't including this right now.

Please @SimonGreenhill and @blasid if you could have a look over this PR and leave comment and/or approve it at your earliest convenience and then I'll merge it into main.

I'm merging this in now. @blasid @SimonGreenhill raise an issue if something is wrong.
