Someone renamed columns. @HedvigS can you please check that the output is the same ?

the changes to the theo scores labels are going to have to be made in lots of places, I'm going through now.

Done, fixed the new spelling of the colnames in all places now. The SLOM for the PCA vs theo scores looks about the same, go ahead and merge when you want.
