Faustlive fails to run on Ubuntu 18.04 with ..."version `CURL_OPENSSL_3' not found..." #11

Cursory Googling show this to be a common issue with other applications do to Ubuntu shipping with libcurl4. Verbatim error message: "./FaustLive: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcurl.so.4: version `CURL_OPENSSL_3' not found (required by ./FaustLive)"
