Faust sources link to sourceforge #3

I assume the development has moved from sourceforce to github? The download page still links to SF.

Many of the links on the download page are still pointing to sourceforge, I was trying to compile an out of date version of faustlive linked from the website, and just realized that the current code is managed here on github.
