I appreciate your works. Thanks. This is trivial commit to fix parser test example build error.

fix xmlDecl function parameter of testreader. The standalone is int type.
fix some makefile error.
xmllex.c++ and xmlparse.cpp have regenerated. you can regenerate it as make clean and make.

Sorry, the PR is a bit too old now (it looks like I've not been notified). Regarding continuous integration, the project is now using travis.
