bw_pipe intermittent hangs #166

I'm taking the lmbench bw_pipe test out of CI for now, as it is prone to intermittent hanging. Just opening an issue to track this (and, we hope, put it back soon).

LMbench was removed from our test suite due to multiple issues/bugs within it (see #1588). Closing.
