Enable Graphene sgx support in Inclavare Container. Graphene life cycle could be managed by Inclavare container.

I'm sorry, but what is this issue? Is this a feature request, a question or you mean there's a problem with running Graphene with Inclavare? In any of the cases, there's not enough information for us to understand what you want ;)
