Fix tsdoc_cli #23

There are broken imports in there, which should be fixed. This is blocking #20 from being merged.

It got fixed in https://github.com/grammyjs/link-checker/commit/da50a309dc496512efd867fd9bf48b7e94183e86. (Sorry, I didn't make a PQ)
