feat: put a explicit statement in tools regarding safety of bot token #19

The users of the tools might want to know how their BOT_TOKEN is being used on web and not being compromised a good note can be something like this:-

The bot token is not sent anywhere apart from telegram servers and only persisted in user browser cache,
So it's never compromised
