[ ] place text over the image thumbnail
[ ] if cannot generate thumbnails yet, then use a placeholder
[x] Put ellipsis when exceeding max num of character for title length
[ ] Keep character list on the thumbnail?

Design wise - Want the the title but only the first ~20 characters. If more than the limit, want o put "..." after

[x] Can use the OC listing page for testing thumbnails
