Refactor latent-dictionary to show synonyms for a word or group of words. Optionally include different languages

Backend

[ ] Get word list in 20 languages from nltk
[ ] Embed everything into Chroma using OpenAI with language in metadatas
[ ] Search: Query the db for top 20 words in language 1 and (optionally) language 2
[ ] PCA only one language, apply to all

Frontend

[ ] Remove MagicWand
[ ] Add 2 language selectors
[ ] Color dots by language
[ ] Disable add-to-search-on-click
[ ] Reorient labels in useFrame
