Add TV Show Poster, Banner, Fanart Simultaneous download option.
Place in TV Show Folder called poster.jpg, banner.jpg, fanart.jpg with the 
option to decide which (if any) should be called folder.jpg

Hi,

I am working on this change now. Specifically to download them in XBMC  - Frodo 
format. It is in 'alpha' testing right now. ie it works happily on my machine, 
but need people to test it. Further the change downloads season specific jpgs 
as well.
