What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Uninstall and reinstall

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the software to find the shows in all my sub folders
It finds none

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.2.0b5  Vista Ultimate x64 and WHS.

Please provide any additional information below.

Win 7 home premium - same issue.  Several different episodes of several 
different shows (all added) no being seen by program sitting in search folder.
