No progress output when using --no-email mode #10

In order to be able to pipe the script output to other tools, disable diagnostic output in the case of --no-email.

I would like to have the opportunity to either enable progress output manually or to pass a "quiet" argument in case the output should be further processed. Progress output even when using no-email can be helpful when working on the projects code or just the custom configuration.
