Currently, the naming scheme is imperfect.

Free monadic language and interpreter modules are Language and Interpreter
Church Encoded Free monadic language and interpreter modules are ChurchL and ChurchI
Final Tagless have FTL prefix

There should be more consistent naming scheme.
