how to get the moodle/webservice/json/server.php in moodle?

I cannot find the webservice/json/server.php in moodle, how can i get?

Hi!
You can't find webservice/json/server.php because at the moment, this file is 
not released.

Soon we will prepare a trial version for people interested as you can try.
