import NS and WSDL and fpconst

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Executing the activity in olpc

this three clases are wrong.

NS and WSDL ar in lowerCase  and the import is in upperCase.
in ubuntu it seems that lower or upper don't affect.

otherwise, the import fpconst are wrong. i comment the import and it 
runs... but we need to do something with this.

Actions:

NS AND WSDL: Change the classes to upperCase??
fpcons: Solution? delete imports?

we will not need this package anymore, because webservice is deprecated
