Specify minimum version for tvOS #61

Hi @granoff. I'm sorry to make to confused in #59 . I made this pr to specify the minimum tvOS version in podspec.

And i also updated version to 3.0.6 (and already tagged with 3.0.6 as well).

Please kindly take a look!
