Hej @grant-traynor,
yes indeed, a very fine idea for an extension :)
Sorry to see that it won't work under CiviCRM 5.36 anymore. Tables in database are created and shown in "Contact Summary Layout". But there seems to be no connection between the tables civicrm_contact / civicrm_membership / civicrm_custom_field.
In next life I'll be a developer! But in this life I don't know how to fix it.
Best Torben
Hi Torben I've just upgraded to 5.36.0, and AFAIK the extension still works. New memberIDs are created and shown as before.
Can you say what CMS you are using (Drupal? Version? PHP version?), and describe what you are seeing in the GUI which now doesn't work. Or are you saying that it won't now install? Have you read somewhere that it isn't 5.36 compatible? Tom
Hi Guys,
Sorry for not replying, but I've not been using this extension for some time now, though it did run for many years on all the latest versions up until about 12 months ago.
I'd be happy to help out, but to be honest I've moved on.
Do you still need help?
Cheers, Grant.
Hi,
you both are right, it seems to work. At least I get some functions to work and will try the rest next week.
I'm missing a how-to-install-and-configure-instruction. Perhaps I will create a PR for it after my sucessfully install.
Thank you! Torben
I think the extension you created a couple of years ago could be useful for the charity I work for, but it looks like it hasn't changed in some time, and I don't think it is installing properly in CiviCRM 4.6.8. Could you tell me what the status of this is please - should it be working & compatible with this version of CiviCRM, or have you dropped further development?
