Milestones
- Go from 0 to 50 students within one academic years.
- Start with 0 students, 0 teachers
- Initial budget 100K
Actions
- (What do they need to do in order to achieve these milestones)
- Buy teachers
- Define course schedule
- Rolling admissions
- 1 Month to prepare before start of quarter (buy teachers, create classes)
- Max 50 students apply to major (based on interests aligned with that quarter's courses).
