Cuid standard is deprecated. #1

Due to security concerns (which also exist in database auto-increment ids, uuid/guid, and most other id standrads), the Cuid standard is now deprecated in favor of Cuid2.

Oh, thanks @ericelliott. I'm not using this project now. I'll put a message on the readme.

Incidentally, I just ran a learning session 10 minutes ago and SudoLang was my "Next Steps" for learning Prompt Eng to the participants (dev staff).
