I'd love to have some way for people to be able to pick and choose the features they want, there is currently documentation on how to remove features, but some of the steps can be complex.
My current thought would be using some sort of CLI, very similar to the default astro create command, which has a small terminal UI which allows you to pick and choose features as needed.
