For me for good documentation on switch it's important to view :

Port / State / Description / Arrived Port

Example :

Port 1 1 2 Firewall

Presentation :

Label : 1 Comment : Firewall Arrived Port : 2

You say that firewall is connected on port 1 of this switch and you say the switch is connected on firewall on port 2
