Hover zoom not working in incognito browsing #190

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.just does not work.
2.looked for setting to turn it on/allow while in Incognito browsing..must have 
been taken out when updated
3.

Hover Zoom version:3.6
Google Chrome version:16.0.912.63
Operating system: win 7 pro

Still works for me.
In the extensions page (chrome://settings/extensions), you have to click the 
grey triangle on the left of the extension icon to allow it to run in incognito 
mode.
