What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to sankakucomplex.com.
2. Go to the very end of the page.
3. Hover the last image.
The page will be scrolled up to the bottom of the image. It happens on other
pages too.
Hover Zoom version: 3.9
Google Chrome version: 19.0.1084.1 dev-m (and a lot of previous versions)
Operating system: Windows 7 x64
