Hover Zoom Don't Work on Chrome 19 !!

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. I Uninstalled Previous Version and Install Chrome 19 (Freshly Installed)

2. Go to Webstore to install Hover Zoom but Webstore Gives the error

3. try to download a crx file (Hover Zoom v3.8) from another site also gives 
the error

Hover Zoom version: 3.9 latest from Webstore
Google Chrome version: 19.0.1081.2 m
Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate x86

Problem Solved with newly released version 3.9.5
Also works with latest Chrome 20.x
