What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Activate the extension.
2. Move mouse pointer over a word, sentence or something that contains 
contextual information.

Hover Zoom version: 4.4
Google Chrome version: 19.0.1084.56 m
Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I forgot to say that Windows 7 has Service Pack 1.

I just realized that this happens if I change the window size when the 
extension is enabled.

Ok, doesn't matter anymore, I had not realized that the info appear in the 
image.
