publishing sdist to pypi? #63

👋 looks like source tarball for 1.10.2 release is missing on pypi. Can you publish one there? Thanks!

There has been some interest in using the library with GraalPy and it works there, but needs to be built from git because the wheels for CPython don't work on GraalPy and there is no source release. So we would also appreciate if there were sdists, because building from git is awkward. (https://github.com/oracle/graalpython/issues/378)
