FYI, marginaleffects 0.8.1 is on its way to CRAN.

Brilliant, thanks for letting me know. I'm going to do one more investigation into the Poisson issue from #4 to see if I can reconcile. But will bump the marginaleffects version dep and then submit this to CRAN shortly too.
