scored projects count does not get reset after ballot reset #258

What happened?

What should have happened instead?

Scored projects count should on both project & ballot page should match

Steps to Reproduce

This happens after I reset the ballots in the database. Seems like the older state is cached and doesn't get rest. If I start with a fresh wallet, there're no issues

seems related -- I'm being shown the same projects and cannot advance past them
