Critical dbox failure: dialog box doesn't close & update #48

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load dbox
2. Click on New Game. Type a name for the game
3. Try and click okay

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect it to close. The New Game dialog box does not close.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.3, Win7Pro x64

Please provide any additional information below.
This bug is mentioned in several places. I saw one place where it was fixed.

How do I apply the above fix? I can't find the same path anywhere in the folder 
structure, including within main.jar. I did find the nl path (which leads to 
GUI/Windows), but there isn't an EditApplication.java there to overwrite, and 
it doesn't look like it would be the right place for a .java file anyway.

Suggestions? Anyone? This is a dbox breaking bug here...
