Refresh when installing or removing apps #37

Hi, 

Takeoff isn't listing newly-installed apps. It also fails to remove the 
recently-removed apps.

Hi! Try to compile the SVN code 
(http://code.google.com/p/takeoff-launcher/source/checkout). This feature is 
available.
