Additional data / information to download #42

We are pulling a lot more data than is being presented in main table. We should provide option to download additional data, and dump a /country/date/ directory with additional data if flag is provided. Possible data includes:

  1. Raw PDF
  2. Images, charts
  3. Complete tables
