consider adding a --browser flag? #4

grip --browser or grip -b is a shortcut to open the generated markup in the browser. I find that very convenient.

Just pushed a version with -b for Mac/Linux. Should work, but let me know if you have problems. If you need windows, I can try to figure that out too. Otherwise closing, but feel free to reopen.
