From #87, Bentley asks:

Are we actually supporting claimed answers? I thought there was some discussion to not add that feature.

We should discuss whether to implement this and, if it is implemented, discuss the best method for implementation.

There's a workaround of just submitting a tossup or bonus without question text which I think would be fine.

I do not support using answer claims in HSAPQ, though there's no harm in having the feature there for other groups to decide on.
