Adding a new comment doesn't clear the cache #278

If you add a new comment, it won't show up on the edit_question_set page until the cache is cleared.

This is a minor issue most of the time but could cause problems if people are relying on the comments system to mark questions during late-stage editing -- until it's fixed people should use the "mark as edited" buttons instead, which worked very well the last time I used them.
