Troubles with removing things #297

It looks like the 'Remove Writer' option doesn't actually do anything besides give the 'Are you sure?' warning.

Additionally, I created a second version of a question set due to an unrelated bug with the first one (I'll make a separate issue on that), but can not delete the old/bugged set. Is there a way to do this?

I think the Delete Writer thing may work if you wait a bit--I don't think the cache gets cleared properly.

How often should the cache be clearing? The writer I removed yesterday is still listed.

Checking in on this again - the 'Remove Writer' option still doesn't appear to actually do anything.

I've fixed the bug with deleting writers/editors and also added an option to delete a set.
