"Do not reveal alternate answers to first bonus part" should have a built-in style #326

There should be a way to add a tag around "do not reveal alternate answers to first bonus part" or "read this tossup's answer line very carefully" above a question.

This is a fairly rare requirement (and doesn't really have a standardized tag in the first place) which doesn't seem to have a high priority. It can probably just be done manually the few times it appears per set (if at all, I think quizbowl can do with way less of these rare instructions).

I think the program is more flexible and more likely to be used by more people if it has standard tags for everything and lets set owners customize the formatting for those tags.
