@grapesmoker @mbentley00 this could potentially be a security issue and it's most probably going to be a quick fix -- how is the site currently deployed?

It's deployed via syncing to the latest changes and then restarting the service on Jerry's machine. I can try do this when I get a chance. I moved to a new machine and was trying to get things running locally on Windows to verify a change I made recently but am having some problems with mysql installation.
